Anne Sullivan has extensive litigation experience in multi-jurisdictional state and federal civil litigation. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has assisted with the defense of personal injury and premises liability matters. Prior to coming to LMC, Ms. Sullivan spent over 7 years assisting as part of a group serving as National Counsel for a major pharmacy chain. During this time, she was promoted to senior paralegal and gained substantial litigation experience in the defense of premises, pharmacy and product liability litigation.
Ms. Sullivan is a graduate in Legal Studies from the Dublin Institute of Technology, she served as a paralegal for 8 years at the prestigious law firm of Arthur Cox Solicitors, in Dublin, Ireland, where she gained experience in intellectual property, banking and company matters. Ms. Sullivan subsequently assisted in the litigation department of Arthur Cox, as part of a group acting in the defense of large scale multi-party litigation in tobacco related cases. Ms. Sullivan also assisted in the defense of medical malpractice cases for a large medical insurance company and gained valuable experience in the area of medical litigation.
